staying Sober While Grieving a Parental Loss: Being a Boss Ass Mom


Above is the last time I physically saw my Dad, before the world shut down for COVID.

Losing my Dad is one of the most difficult experiences ive ever gone through. It can be especially challenging for those in recovery, as grief and loss can trigger emotions that may lead to relapse.

LISTEN,  It is crucial to prioritize your sobriety to ensure that you are taking care of yourself and your family during this difficult time. Even when you want to run away. 

 Here are some tips to help you stay sober while grieving a parental loss and being a boss ass mom:
